Athletic Events Next Week

Dear Knight Families,
We value your voice and partnership in helping our school grow. As part of our commitment to Leader in Me, a district-wide initiative, we are asking all families to complete a brief survey. Your feedback will provide important insights into our school's strengths and areas of growth. The information collected will help us better support our students, strengthen leadership opportunities, and continue building a positive school culture.

This survey is quick to complete and your responses will remain anonymous. Please take a few minutes to access the link here and complete the survey. The deadline for this survey is April 29th.

Thank you for your time and continued partnership in your student's education.

Every school year presents unique challenges when it comes to creating and encouraging students to find their personal voice and confidence to share it. Every year I am delighted to see how they meet the challenge with courage and determination. I am always proud of how original and thoughtful my students are when creating their artwork. Their talent is their own, I can only help them hone their skills. This year was another example of excellence in art. ~ Mrs. Russell

A large ensemble of student performers on a theater stage during a musical production. In the foreground, a young man stands on a wooden stepstool, holding a silver mug high in a toast. Below him and spread across the stage, approximately twenty other cast members in rustic, eclectic costumes—including vests, trousers, and a green dress—also raise silver mugs toward him. The set features a wooden balcony structure and dim, warm overhead stage lighting that creates a dramatic atmosphere.

📚 History in the Making! 🏆

Huge congratulations to our Battle of the Books team for an incredible performance at the regional competition! Out of a field of fierce competitors, our students charged their way to 4th Place—the highest ranking in our school’s history!

To prepare, these dedicated readers tackled a list of 16 books, proving that hard work (and a lot of pages) truly pays off.

Not only are these students brilliant and dedicated, they're also some of the kindest and most fun students to be around. We are incredibly proud of their accomplishments this year!

The ACT will be given on Tuesday, March 24th (not on Monday as previously sent by accident earlier today). We are sorry for any confusion. The junior class meeting to prepare for the ACT is on Friday at 11AM in the auditorium.

Thank you!

ACT Important Update Image
Dear Juniors,

A couple of important announcements:

1.) This Friday the Junior class will be meeting in the auditorium to get prepared for the ACT being that is being given on Monday. We will start promptly at 11AM.

2.) Last week, homeroom teachers passed out information about setting up your ACT account and general information about what to expect on the ACT. If you were not in Knightvision last Friday, you will need to pick up your information from Ms. Schanke in the front office. Remember that you only have up to 2 days after the test to submit your scores to 2 universities/institutions of your choice for free, so it is essential that your ACT account is up and running before test day.

Let Mr. Volk know if you have any questions.
