A note from Mrs. Miller: On Wednesday, we worked on fractions in a fun way. Students worked in small groups to figure out their answer to problems in their ThinkUp books. They held up the correct answer on their whiteboard to earn a point for their team. Some of the problems had extra points available if you could prove your answer!
Students are headed back to class on the first school day of the 2026 year and first day of 2nd semester!

Love Memorial is excited to announce Bella as our Spelling Bee Champion. She will compete in the Lincoln County Spelling Bee in January. Also congratulations to Delilah our 2nd place runner-up and Zaelyn, our 3rd place runner-up. Great job to all classroom winner who competed today!

A note from Mrs. Sandoval: This month we're learning about Community Helpers and last week to explore postal workers, we chose a friend to write a letter to and mailed it together at school! Over the weekend, students checked their mailboxes at home with families and excitedly read their letters!
A note from Mrs. Grant: Six Seven… I couldn’t pass up the chance to surprise my class on the 67th day of school! We celebrated by learning fun facts about major events from 1967, tackled some 6/7-themed math challenges, and took on tons of 67-second activities. The kids had a blast and we squeezed in learning every step of the way!
Love Memorial would like to express our gratitude and appreciation to McKendree Methodist Church for their generous donation of Thanksgiving Meals ! We were able to distribute these to several of our families who were surprised and grateful.

A note from Ms. Job: Math meets Hungry Hungry Hippos! 🦛💥 Our class had a blast competing in a new math game that put their quick thinking (and teamwork!) to the test!
The Crouse Volunteer Fire Department came to visit our Kindergarten and both Prek Classes on Monday! The students got hats, coloring books, stickers and got to learn all about fire trucks and the what work firefighters do!
