Our 4th & 5th grade students put on a wonderful Winter Concert last night! They played recorders and brought the holiday cheer. Well done, kiddos! Thank you, Mrs. Minick, students, and Union staff for working together to make this concert so great!
Thank you West Lincoln High School for a wonderful, engaging concert this morning! Your concert filled our school with cheer and the holiday spirit! Students learned about different instruments, some students played instruments, and we even had two students conducting the band!

Mrs. Helms and Ms. Dixon's Owl Buddies enjoyed gathering for a Charlie Brown Thanksgiving snack
Before students left for Thanksgiving, Mrs. Brittain's class celebrated with their owl buddies in Mrs. Halsten's class. They made turkey hats for their Friendsgiving meal. They are truly thankful for their Owl Buddies!
Recently our G.E.M.S. club built Lego robots and programmed using iPads to code them to perform certain tasks. This activity was sponsored through the public library. Thank you to our public library for the wonderful partnership and to our Union teachers who sponsor G.E.M.S.

Second-grade and fifth-grade owl buddies from Mrs. Lynch and Mrs. Hoyle's class learned about the history of Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade. They made their own balloon floats to parade around the school.
Last night, 2nd—and 3rd-grade students performed in their Winter Program, and it did not disappoint! The gym was packed with special guests as our students performed, and they did great! Thank you, Mrs. Minick and students, for all your hard work.
