A Day to Remember for St. James Elementary!
Yesterday, our St. James family gathered for a ribbon cutting to celebrate something our staff, students, and families have needed for a long time...room to breathe, room to grow, and the learning environment that every one of our Knights deserves.
A heartfelt thank you to Beam Construction and Holland & Hamrick for their outstanding partnership in bringing this project to life. To our school board, thank you for your continuous support. And to our county commissioners, thank you for your vision and commitment to funding these transformative facility improvements.
St. James is stronger, brighter, and more ready than ever to serve our Knights! We are looking forward to the first day of school tomorrow!

📱 Electronic devices should be left at home. If a device is found during testing, it will result in a testing misadministration. Your student would be removed from the testing session, required to test on another day, and a consequence will be assigned.

All library books are due back and fines for lost or damaged books must be paid by Friday May 15. Students with library books out will not receive their yearbook if they have purchased one. Please look around for your library book, we would much rather have the book that is already processed for our library than to have to reorder the book.
Of your child is a 4th or 5th grader and has brought their Chromebook home, the Chromebooks and chargers should be returned to school by Friday May 15. The fine for chargers is $40 if not returned.
Thank you for your help in assisting us with these end of year needs!
