ELHS will be headed to Gaston college Lincoln Campus to tour and learn about the Cosmetology and Esthetics offerings on Friday, November 6th. Interested students should pick up a field trip form from the main office and submit it signed with $2 by November 4th!

Our week 10 NC Farm Bureau Athletes of the Week have been announced. Congratulations Carley and Gavin. GO MUSTANGS!

Our X Country team has wrapped up the regular season with a strong showing in the conference championship. Our boys finished 2nd and our girls 4th overall out of the 9 conference teams. We will have 12 runners compete in the 5A Western Regional race next week. Special congrats to Bowen, David, Bryson, Emma and Paige for being named to the all conference team due to their performance today. Great job, good luck in regionals and GO MUSTANGS!

Back 2 Back, our Lady Mustang golf team has done it again capturing the 5A Western Regional Championship. Special congratulations to our very own Kennedy Gallentine who captured the individual championship and Sloan McKinney was the runner up. Great job ladies and Coach Hancock. They will compete as a team and individually at the 5A State championship next Monday and Tuesday in Lexington at the Sapona Golf Club. Best of luck ladies and GO MUSTANGS!
