Announcements

• If you receive an email that your library book is overdue, please stop by the library to renew it for one additional week. Library books are checked out for 14 days. After renewal, you have 21 days total to read the book. Please return it after the renewal period so others can check it out.

• The Student Lighthouse Team is holding a homeroom competition to see which homeroom can bring in the most individually wrapped candy for Trunk-or-Treat on October 30. They will only count individual pieces of candy, not bags.  They will collect candy each Wednesday until October 28.

• Juniors that want to take the SAT, check your email from Mrs. Rainwater on how to register

• Seniors, the FAFSA is open, start working on this now. We will hold a “finish the FAFSA” night on 10/13/26 from 6-7 for those who need help completing this.

• Free College Application week is October 19-23. Go ahead and create a CFNC account. Counselors will be in the library on Wednesday October 21 to help you complete your applications.
