Every April, we celebrate School Library Month!

This special event was started in 1985 by the American Association of School Librarians (AASL). It’s a time to show everyone why our school libraries and the librarians who run them are so important for our education.

Today, school libraries are about much more than just quiet rows of books. They are "learning hubs" where we can explore new ideas, use cool technology, and find stories we love. We want everyone to see how much librarians help improve grades and learning.

Did you know? Your school library is the heart of the school. It’s a place where you can imagine big, ask questions, and never stop learning!
