Mrs. Arndt, our Principal: The Heartbeat of Our School!
Some people manage schools, but our principal builds a family. Every single day, she brings a burst of positive energy and genuine encouragement that you can feel the moment you walk through the doors. She is fiercely dedicated to both her staff and her students, and that kind of care is contagious.
As a leader and a role model, she doesn’t just give directions from an office—she leads with her whole heart. She is our biggest cheerleader, always supporting her teachers while keeping a close, supportive eye on how every single student is doing.
What truly makes her special is how she notices the little things. Whether she is greeting students at morning arrival, celebrating small victories in the classroom, or offering a kind word to a colleague, she makes our school a warmer place to learn and grow. Her leadership reminds us all to focus on growth, resilience, and joy. We are so incredibly lucky to have her guiding us.

Update: Volleyball Tryout dates will be October 15th, 19th, & 20th. Tryouts will be from 3:00 -5:00. A current concussion and physical form must be on file.

It's not too late to make plans! A lot is going on at NLMS this afternoon. Softball & boys' soccer at home today vs. Burns at 4:00. The NLMS PTO meeting and the Dodgeball Parents vs. Students game are at 6:00. Hope to see you there!
