Our Beta Club students had a fantastic morning partnering with students in Mrs. Fouts' class for their annual spring egg hunt. It was a joy to watch these student leaders support their peers and share in the excitement of finding every hidden egg.

We love seeing our students build meaningful connections and work together to ensure everyone had a successful and memorable event.

Our students had a front-row seat earlier this week for a special demonstration by Officer Wilson and K-9 Marty! Before performing their sweep and search, Marty enjoyed meeting and greeting students in the gymnasium. It was a great opportunity for our school community to learn more about the role of K-9 units in campus safety.

It was a great day at Lincolnton Middle School as we hosted our future Wildcats from our feeder elementary schools.

Rising 6th graders toured the building and enjoyed performances by our band, choir, and cheerleaders. The highlight of the visit was a student-led panel where current LMS students shared insights into the 6th-grade schedule and answered pressing questions about what middle school life is really like.

Thank you to our student leaders for being such excellent hosts and helping our incoming students feel right at home.

Our classrooms have been buzzing with activity as 6th grade students wrap up their Ancient China unit!
It was a fantastic day of hands-on learning as we explored several cultural traditions. Students practiced the art of using chopsticks, crafted their own Chinese-style fans, learned to write their names in Chinese, discovered the history of fortune cookies, and tried their hand at origami.
We love seeing our curriculum come to life through these immersive experiences!

Yesterday was a proud day for our Wildcats! 🐾🎶 Thirteen of our very own took the stage with the LCS Middle School All County Choir after just five hours of rehearsal — alongside students they had never sung with before — and delivered an incredible performance to a packed house! The dedication, talent, and teamwork it takes to prepare a challenging concert in that amount of time is truly impressive. 👏 We couldn’t be more proud of these students for representing our school so beautifully and for their phenomenal performance! 💙✨ #WildcatPride #AllCountyChoir #StudentSuccess

Our 8th grade scientists put their problem-solving skills to work during a hands-on hydrology lab — designing and building their own dams! Students explored how water moves through river systems and how people can manage it while still protecting the environment.

By testing, redesigning, and explaining their ideas with evidence, students discovered that managing water isn’t just about building structures — it’s about taking care of our planet.
