Fall Exam Schedule (English Version)
Exams are getting closer every day and there have been some BIG changes to the schedule. The reasoning is because you now have the opportunity, if you don't pass your EOC, to retest for a better grade in English 2, Math 1, Math 3, or Biology. This means that you could improve the score that counts as 20% of your total course grade!
As you can see, EOC tests are in the morning and teacher-made/CTE tests are in the afternoon. We will no longer have the afternoon reviews, but will work to schedule remediation opportunities for students who plan to re-test.
As we move toward exams, your attendance in class continues to be important. Please make sure to be in class on time, every day. Remember that visits to guidance or the front office require a pass. You must also use the form to request an appointment in guidance. Students who have early release or late arrival should arrive on time for your first class and leave the building after your last class; you, too, need to have a pass to visit guidance or the front office even if that visit is during your release time. Make sure you are keeping up with online classes, CCP assignments, and completing academic contracts! Every LHS student has the opportunity to make first semester a success!
