Have an idea for an app?
The 2026 Congressional App Challenge is now open to middle and high school students in North Carolina's 10th Congressional District. Students can compete individually or as part of a team to create an original app using any programming language and on any platform.
Whether your idea helps your community, solves a problem, teaches a skill, or simply makes life easier, this is your opportunity to bring it to life. The winning app will earn congressional recognition and be showcased nationally.
Submissions are due October 26, 2026, so summer is the perfect time to start building.
