Lincoln County Schools is in the process of updating the Substitute Teacher/Substitute Child Nutrition list. In the past, subs have received a Letter of Intent to complete and return.  In an effort to save money and become more paperless, this process is now being handled through TimeKeeper.

Please log into TimeKeeper to review the annual Substitute Teacher/Substitute Child Nutrition information.  Your electronic signature in TimeKeeper will confirm your desire to remain on the Substitute Teacher and/or Substitute Child Nutrition list for the 2023-2024 school year.   

If you do not wish to remain on the substitute list, DO NOT sign the document in TimeKeeper; instead contact Suzanne Boyle in Human Resources at 704.736.1017, ext. 30208 or suzanne.boyle@lincoln.k12.nc.us; and ask to be removed from the sub list;

Once you have logged into TimeKeeper, on the left-hand side of the screen, you will see:

• Employee Profile
• Personal Information
• Tax Information
• CEU's
• Policies
• (Signature needed)
• Change Pin

 To sign the Letter of Intent: 

• Select (Signature needed) under Policies:
• Select READ AND SIGN on the right-hand side of the screen
• Read the Letter of Intent
• Sign electronically at the bottom of the screen
• Enter your 4-digit pin #
• Select ACCEPT
