Please read the policy in its entirety before completing application 5030-E for facility use. 
To rent a Lincoln County Schools facility, please note the following key notes from the district:
  • Scheduling and facility use applications are made through the Principal's office of the school involved.
  • There is a 3 hour minimum (including time for set-up and clean-up) length of time for indoor facility use.
  • A certificate of liability insurance policy with a total limit coverage of $1,000,000 for each claim made must accompany the  Application for use of School Facilities. The certificate must list "Lincoln County Board of Education" as Certificate Holder (click here).
  • Nonprofit organizations must be registered with the Secretary of State. Tax-exempt letters from the IRS or pending applications for non-profit status will not be accepted as proof of nonprofit.
   Additional ELMS notes:
  • Specific dates and times must be listed on the application. 
    • Ex:  M, T, W -- August through October, 5pm to 7pm
    • Not:  August through October
  • Due to high interest in our athletic fields, ELMS may limit rental requests to no more than 3 months at one time.
  • Renewal requests can be submitted up to one month in advance.
  • ELMS may close certain fields during the student competition season, specifically baseball and softball.
