Welcome 3rd Grade Students

My name is Mrs. Ruthanna Crews and I am a 3rd grade teacher at Norris S. Childers Elementary.  I am very excited to begin another year of school.

Here is a little about me:

I have lived in Lincoln County for the past 23 years with my husband, Joe, and our three children Sarah, Joey, and Anna.  We have a sweet little dog named Bogey, a sweet little puppy named Kuzco, and a sassy stray cat named Kitty who decided to make our house her home too.  I enjoy reading, cooking, being outdoors and spending time with my family and friends. 

I volunteered at Norris S. Childers Grade School for six years while my children were young before joining the teaching staff here.  The school has a wonderful administration and I am proud to now be working at this wonderful school.

As a long-time learner, I look forward to each and every moment of learning that we will share in the classroom.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns as they arise.  I have a heart for children and I look forward to working with you to help your child reach their full potential!
