Hello!

My name is Jennifer Broome and this is my twelfth year at Battleground.  I worked for two years as an assistant teacher in first grade and two years as a classroom teacher in first grade.  I taught second grade for 5 years. This is my third year in third grade. I graduated from Lenoir-Rhyne University with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education grades K-6 in 2010.  I have always dreamed of being a teacher and I consider myself lucky to be a part of Lincoln County Schools!

When I am not at Battleground, I am at home with my wonderful husband, Chris, and my precious boys, Cayden, Grant and Henry.  I have one dog, Benkie, and a cat, Darla, who are considered family as well!
