ELMS is committed to the School Improvement Process and meets monthly with a School Improvement Team to celebrate successes and problem-solve site-based issues. Yearly, we either develop or revise our school improvement plan that is aligned with the district improvement plan as well as state and federal requirements. Our school improvement plan takes into account various sources of data, such as faculty/staff demographics, student achievement & growth data, discipline data, the Teacher Working Conditions Survey, and other stakeholder feedback from students, staff, and parents. If you would like to know more about the school improvement process, please contact Heather Myers, principal.
