Hello LHS!

I received a BSBA in Education from Western Carolina University. I also completed my Masters in School Leadership from Gardner Webb University and am working on completing my Masters in Exercise Science. I currently teach all the Weight Training classes. I also help coach football, wrestling and track and field. 

1st Period - Planning/Weight Training

2nd Period - Team Sports

3rd Period - Weight Training

4th Period - Advanced Weight Training/Honors Weight Training
