Hello St. James Knights! My name is Mrs. Fisher and I am so excited to be part of the St. James Elementary Family!  My family and I relocated to the area from sunny Florida two years where I taught for 12 years. I have a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education K-6 and ESOL Endorsement. I was born in Cheyenne WY but grew up in Montgomery NY. 

My husband and I have been married for 25 years and we have three beautiful children. Leah, Allyson and RJ. Leah is attending Mass Art,  pursing an AnimationvDegree. Allyson will be a freshman at Chapel Hill this year and RJ will be in 7th grade at North Lincoln Middle.  We have one dog-Bentley as well as two cats named Earl Grey and Dobbie. Our family loves the beautiful trees and mountains of North Carolina. We all enjoy hiking, boating and sitting around a camp fire. 

Teaching to me is the greatest gift. I truly think that educating your child is a partnership and one I take to heart.  I am so excited to be a part of the St. James Knights family!
