    The staff at Battleground Elementary School will work cooperatively with students, families, and the community to teach the curriculum given by North Carolina in such a way that all students are challenged and motivated in a safe environment.  It is our mission that all students exhibit positive social skills and make measurable growth in each mandated curriculum area to become responsible life-long learners and contributing citizens.
