Welcome to Second grade and our class page.  It is always exciting to begin a new school year.  I grew up in Cleveland County and attended college at UNC Charlotte; where I met my husband.  I began my teaching career in 1999.   My husband and I live in Iron Station with our three children.  Our oldest will be graduating high school this year and our youngest begins middle school.  I am also an animal lover.  I enjoy being active in our church, reading for fun when there is time, and spending time with our family. I love teaching and am proud to be a part of one of the best schools in Lincoln County.

I look forward to developing a bond with each child this year and making some great memories that will last a lifetime.  Here's to a great 2023-2024 school year.
