It is my pleasure to be at Iron Station Elementary School for the 2023-2024 school year! This year marks my 27th year of teaching! The vast majority of my teaching career has been spent in 5th grade (26 years). It's my absolute favorite grade ever! My husband Steve and I moved to Denver eight years ago, and we love it here! I have three children - Megan, Joshua and Christy. Megan and her husband, Zach, have blessed me with three wonderful grandchildren - Emma, Charlie and Whittaker! Joshua and his wife, Ally, have blessed me with a grandson, Asher. My youngest daughter, Christy, works at Charlotte Douglas Airport. I love to read and am an avid sports fanatic.
