This is my sixth year the OCS program at Lincolnton High School. I have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Kent State University and a Master of Arts in Teaching from UNC-Charlotte. I previously taught in the self-contained setting for 12 years, both in middle school and elementary. 

My husband, Marty, and I live in Mooresville, but I am originally from Pittsburgh, PA. My husband is from Cleveland, Ohio, where we lived before moving to North Carolina 14 years ago.  We have three grown children, one of whom is married, and 3 grandchildren. We also have a dog named Sherlock, and a leopard gecko named Geico. I love to go to the beach and try to go as often as possible. I also love to read, make jewelry, and watch movies. I look forward to many years with Lincolnton High School! GO WOLVES!
