Hi! I'm Anita, the Media Coordinator at S. Ray Lowder.  I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Appalachian State University. I taught 2nd and 5th grade before earning a master's in Library Science from Appalachian State University.  This is my ninth year in education.  I live in Vale with my family. My husband and I have three sons, Ethan (23), Luke (20), and Jack (18).  We also have a spoiled Goldendoodle named Macey.  I enjoy spending time with my family and friends when I'm not at school.  It's great to be a part of the Lowder family!!
