Hello visitors! I love teaching fourth grade and am delighted to be your child's teacher and a part of the Rock Springs Family. The 2022-2023 school year will be my 19th year teaching in North Carolina. I am originally from upstate New York, and I moved here in 2004. I hold a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. I completed my graduate coursework in Reading/Literacy Education in 2008 from UNC Charlotte. I am a National Board Certified Teacher in middle grade literacy. 

 My husband and I have two sons who attend Lincoln County Schools.  We have lived in Denver for 12 years and love the area.  I am excited to be able to be a part of the community we love by teaching the children who live here.
