My name is Ashley Hartsoe.  This is my 11th year of teaching special education.  

I attended Appalachian State University, where I received my BS degree in Special Education.  This is my first year at Rock Springs as an EC Pre-K teacher.  I am excited about my first year at Rock Springs!
