Denver, NC is my hometown.  I grew up here, graduated here at East and am very happy to be back here teaching.  Agriculture has always been an important part of my life.  From the lumber I used framing houses to the foods we put up for winter.  It is exciting to have a job that I have such a passion for.  I graduated high school in 1995 and received my teaching degree from Appalachian State University in 2000.  I have always appreciated sports and have always enjoyed participating in them.  I am currently an assistant coach for the wrestling team.
