What is Title I?

Title I is a part of the Elementary and Secondary School Act more commonly known as No Child Left Behind.  It is the largest federal aid program for our nation’s schools. 

Funds are given out to each school based on the percentage of students who qualify for free and reduced lunch. However, funding supports services to any student based on need.
