Summer workouts are open to any rising 9th-12th grader interested in trying out for the NLHS volleyball team. In order to participate in workouts, you must have an updated physical on file with the school as well as a completed Family ID. Both of these forms can be found below for the 2023-2024 sports season. You cannot participate in workouts until both of these are completed.

Our youth volleyball camp will be held on June 19th-21st. It is open to girls ages 7-14. The cost is $100 for all three days. Athletes will be coached by Coach Van De Griff and NLHS Varsity players. The link to sign up is below. You may bring the money on the day of camp-- cash or check made payable to NLHS Volleyball.
