Optional Workout Sessions
    Jan 27th, 28th, 29th, and 30th from 3:00 to 5:00 pm.
    Feb 3rd,  5th,  and 7th from 3:00-5:30 pm
    The week of Feb 10 will be the first team practices ( or first cuts if needed)
    Please bring shin guards, proper shoes and water.  Bring warm clothes in case of cold weather!
    You must have a current physical and concussion form signed and turned in to participate in any sessions!
