Football workouts will begin Monday, June 7 from 6:00-7:30. Workouts will be held Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday each week with a few exceptions. See the schedule below.
Workouts are optional but are very beneficial in helping athletes build strength, speed, and agility as well as conditioning for the upcoming season.
All athletes must have a current physical form and concussion form in order to participate. All forms are available under the Athletics tab on the WLMS homepage. Contact Mrs. Duncan by email if you have questions regarding paperwork. firstname.lastname@example.org
Athletes should be brought to the bus circle to check required paperwork. DO NOT leave until your athlete is cleared to stay.

Mandatory practices begin August 9 after school until 5:30
