I have been teaching Physical Education for 14 years. I have been at Lincolnton High School as a teacher for 11 years. Aside from teaching I'm also the head wrestling coach, as well as an assistant football coach and assistant baseball coach. I graduated from The Appalachian State University where I majored in Physical Education and minored in Health (I was also able to witness every National Championship, as well as THE Michigan game). Later, I received my Master's Degree in Physical Education from East Carolina University.

Currently, I teach Health/PE, Team Sports, and Recreation/Sports Management.

I'm also the Athletic Director at LHS.
