Welcome to 8th Grade Math:

It is my goal to change your mindset about mathematics whether you think of yourself as a "math person" or not. In fact, there is no such thing. Everyone has the ability to increase their knowledge and grow beyond where they are now - it just takes a little effort. Mathematics, much like English Language Arts, is a necessary skill for life and it will open a brighter future for you. If math has always been easy for you, I hope you will challenge yourself to push even higher than you thought possible. Now, let's get to work!!

Brief Bio:

I am proud to say that I am a long-time Lincoln County resident and graduate of West Lincoln High School. I attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where I studied Business Administration and Athletic Training. I have worked in many different areas including sports medicine and physical therapy, banking, ministry, and education. I am married and have four children and I enjoy spending time with them when I am not at school. I love sports, movies, travel, and anything outside. I have coached various sports at WLMS: Football, Softball, Basketball, and Track.
