Welcome to my classroom! I am currently teaching second grade but have also taught third grade, AIG, and Kindergarten. Altogether, I have been teaching for over 20 years! I have been in Rock Springs since 2010. I moved to North Carolina from Long Island, New York in 2007 and have loved living in this beautiful, close-knit community. My oldest son, Max, graduated last year from NC State (Go Wolfpack), and I have a son Sam, who is a sophomore at UNC Wilmington (Go Seahawks!). I also have a set of boy/girl 16 year old twins (Madison and Zachary) who are sophomores in High School. Zac plays basketball and Madi enjoys DECA and traveling. When I am not working at Rock Springs, I enjoy running, mountain biking at the White Water Center, yoga, reading, gardening, and spending time on the Lake.
