Mrs. Bridges was born and raised in Lincoln County.  She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from UNC Charlotte in 2004.  Mrs. Bridges has experience working as an EC teacher, a 4th Grade teacher, a 2nd Grade teacher, and is currently working in Kindergarten.  Her classroom is set-up for students to receive small-group instruction and opportunities to encourage inquiry-based learning.  Mrs. Bridges is married and has one child who attends Pumpkin Center Primary.  She enjoys reading, playing hand bells, and working with the Upward program at her church.
