My name is Kendall Ward. I have a wonderful husband of 10 years, Kevin, a daughter, Allie, who will be graduating from Maiden High School this year, a son, John Austin, who is 7 years old and in the 1st grade, and another son, Grant, who is 3!
I graduated with my Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Appalachian State University (ASU!) in 2008. I also have my Master's in Library Science in which I graduated in May 2013 from ASU! I am the Media Specialist at North Brook and this is my 10th year at North Brook!

Epic! - This is a free digital library that offers unlimited access to children's books. If your class does not have a code already (see your teacher if you do) please use the code below to access resources from my Epic account. Class code for Epic: zea3964
NC Kids Digital Library - This is another free digital library that you can use with your username you log into ClassLink with and the password is the last four digits of your username. Go to the link and sign in to access free eBooks online. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Ward.
Storyline Online - This is a free resource that you can listen to books read aloud online.
