Suzanne Turner

I grew up in Lincoln County and attended Love Memorial Elementary as a child.  I graduated from West Lincoln High School and received a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from UNC-Charlotte.  This is my thirtieth year teaching, and my twenty-second year teaching at North Brook.  Before coming to North Brook, I taught in Catawba County for eight years at Clyde Campbell Elementary and Mountain View Elementary.  Before teaching second grade, I taught fourth and sixth.  Mike and I have been married for thirty years.  We have two children, Hunter and Hannah.  Hunter is a graduate of Haywood Community College with an associate's degree in Fish and Wildlife Management and is also a graduate of NC State University with a Bachelor of Science in Fisheries, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology. He works in South Carolina for APHIS, an agency of the United States Department of AgricultureHannah is a  graduate of Appalachian State University where she majored in Elementary Education. She married Logan this past June.   Logan is in the Navy, and they live in Georgia where Hannah is teaching fourth grade.  My family and I are members of Cedar Grove Lutheran Church.  I  enjoy spending time with family, fishing, reading, and shopping.
