Ms. Amanda Norcutt
I am a kindergarten teacher at Iron Station Elementary School. I have taught in every grade K-4 for twenty-nine years.
I have two dogs, one named Trixie and one named Gretchen. I have two daughters, Hannah and Emily. I also have two grandchildren, Avery and Oliver who attend school at PCPS.
I enjoy visiting the mountains and love Ocean Isle Beach. I like camping, collecting pottery, and spending time with my family. I love teaching and am looking forward to another awesome school year!
Phase 2 At Home Learning (March 31-April 9)
Kindergarten teachers and assistants prepared a packet of activities and written assignments for the students to complete. The special area teachers have also included some activities for students as well. Please let Ms. Norcutt know if you have any questions or concerns through the Class Dojo app. Click the link below to access the plan details.
Phase 1 At Home Learning (March 16-30)
Click the link to access the choice boards that were included in your packet. Complete all written assignments in your homework journal. Please do not tear out your math workbook pages.
You have enough choices for longer than two weeks. More information will be shared when your assignments change. Complete what you can and I can't wait to see you back at school!
Due to the extended closing of school we are preparing work packets for each student for Phase 4. There will be a clear plan detailed for each student included with each packet. Please contact me if you have any questions and I will be happy to help you!
Packets will be available for pick up on Friday, May 15th from 9-4.
Don't forget about Go Noodle Dance Videos and Storyline Online for read alouds!
