Each fundraiser must be approved by the School Improvement Team. Once the SIT has approved the fundraiser, the request must be sent to Scott Powell for approval. Please share with your appropriate boosters organizations also.
Fundraiser Quick Reference Guide – Please use this as a guideline for all fundraisers.
Annual Recurring Fundraiser Request – This should be used for a list of yearly fundraiser such as Band Boosters Roundtable, Yearbook Sales, etc.
Crowdfunding Request – This should be used if you are doing an online request from Donor’s Choose.
One-Time Fundraiser Request – For the single event fundraisers such as candle sales for the History Club.
Summary of Fundraising Report – This must be done at the end of each fundraisers and returned to Mr. Sherrill.
