Lincoln Wellness Center- 311 McBee St, Lincolnton, NC 28092- (704) 732-0018- Walk in hours 8:00AM-3:00PM (no appointment needed); Lincoln Wellness Center is home to four counseling services: Alexander Youth Network, Monarch, Phoenix Counseling Center and Support Incorporated. The center provides open access walk in service for the first visit without an appointment. A comprehensive clinical assessment, treatment plan, a psychiatric evaluation with prescriptions if needed, and a referral to the proper level of care.

Chameleon's Journey Grief Camp for Children and Teens: Free grief camp for children ages 7-16, provides a safe and supportive environment for campers to share their feelings and experience of loss. Led by well trained hospice staff and volunteers, the campers learn that they are not alone in their grief. It is held at Camp Thunderbird in Lake Wylie.
