Read the policy in its entirety before completing application 5030-E. To rent a Lincoln County Schools facility, the following must occur:
•Scheduling and facility use applications are made through the Principal's office of the school involved.
•There is a 3 hour minimum (including time for set-up and clean-up) length of time for facility use.
•A certificate of liability insurance policy with a total limit coverage of $1,000,000 for each claim made must accompany the Application for use of School Facilities. The certificate must list "Lincoln County Board of Education" as the certificate holder (click here).
•Nonprofit organizations must be registered with the Secretary of State. Tax-exempt letters from the IRS will not be accepted as proof of nonprofit.
