My name is Kassie Arndt and I am excited about beginning my journey as a middle school administrator at North Lincoln Middle. I have had the opportunity to serve some of the North Lincoln community during my time as a teacher at Rock Springs and St James Elementary.  The 2023-2024 school year will be my fourth year as an Assistant Principal. My first three years were spent at Iron Station Elementary School.

I grew up in Prince William County, VA and moved to North Carolina to attend East Carolina University. I taught grades 2-5 during my eleven years as an educator. Before coming to work in Lincoln County, I worked at Iredell Statesville Schools in a small title one school. I worked in Lincoln County for 9 years as a teacher before I began my time in school administration.  

My husband, Chris, and I have three active daughters. We have two dogs named Diesel and Darla and a cat named Snickers. I love being outdoors, laying on a float in the pool, hiking to waterfalls and reading.

I am looking forward to working closely with Mrs. Avery, Ms. Selbe, our teachers, students and community at North!
