    Getting Started

Students are encouraged to complete the Interest Inventories to get a picture of what careers would be right for you.  This survey allows students to respond to questions and identify the top three Career Clusters of interest based on their responses.

Students should research more about the Career Clusters.  They may also explore more in-depth about STEAM careers  while also learning more about soft skills, ethics, and employability skills by viewing EdgeFactor videos online or doing career assessments CFNC or Big Future

Students should schedule a meeting with their Guidance Counselor, Career Development Coordinator (CDC), or Graduation Coach.  During this meeting the staff member will be able to help the student select classes to fulfill their graduation requirements and prepare them for their career path.  Students may have the opportunity to complete an internship or apprenticeship while in school.
