    Jay Barkley
    In football, Jay played Quarterback and was a key figure in East Lincoln's 8-2 season.  He led the Big Six 3A in pass completion percentage at .588, hitting on 20-34 passes for 472 yards and 5 touchdowns.  He was named Co-MVP for football this season.  In baseball, he is only 1 of 2 athletes at East Lincoln to start for 4 years.  He played second base and led the Mustangs in several categories this season, hitting .352 with 3 home runs, 15 RBIs and 16 runs scored. He was named Co-MVP for the season.

    Margie Stroud
    In Tennis, Margie finished her high school career with a 39-0 record in the Big Six 3A Conference.  She was also named Player of the Year for the conference.  Over her career East Lincoln won 4 conference championships and have a current 40 match win streak.  She has made 3 trips to the State 3A Tennis Tournament.  Twice as a doubles player and once as a singles player.  She was a regional doubles champion last year with partner, Jean McAleese, and reached the state semi-finals.  She was named team MVP this season.  In basketball, she was named the Ginger Cloninger Award winner.  This season she helped lead East Lincoln to it's best season in years with a 15-9 record and sectional semi-finals appearance.  In softball, she has been Big Six All-Conference 3 times.  She was voted team MVP her junior year after hitting .542, she plays shorstop on the team and is a great defensive player.  She is the first 12-letter athlete in East Lincoln History.      She is a member of the Who's Who Among America's High School Students for the last two years, and also a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Annual Staff, and Spanish Club.
