Welcome Union Owls! I am excited to be Union's Academically and Intellecually Gifted (AIG) Specialist for the 2023-24 school year!! This will be my 5th year at Union and my 15th year teaching. I have taught sixth grade, fifth grade, third grade, and second, as well as the gifted program. I am looking forward to buidling realtionships with my students, pushing them through challenges, and engaging them on "the road to success"! We are going to have a great year!
I received a Bachelors of Science in Early Childhood Education from Virginia Tech, and a Masters in Administration and Supervision from Virginia Commonwealth University. I am also AIG certified.
My husband and I have 3 children who all graduated from North Lincoln High School, and who all have graduated from NC State...Go WOLFPACK!!
