Hi!  My name is Amanda Nash and I am so excited to be the Health Related Fitness teacher at NLMS.  I have taught elementary, middle school, and physical education in my teaching career.  I love to spend time with my husband, three children, and our dog Olaf.  

I became an educator because I wanted to set a good example for my students to follow.  I look forward to teaching Fitness/Nutrition this year at NLMS.  I have always believed in the saying, "If you love what you do, you will never have to work a day in your life."  I am excited to create and deliver innovative lessons to get students excited  about being physically active and learning that proper nutrition and regular exercise  are important in maintaining physical and mental health and well-bieng.
