Welcome to Mrs. Davis' Detectives Class of 2023-2024! I am so excited to be teaching 2nd grade at Rock Springs again this year! This will be my 16th year teaching. I have taught 1st-8th grade, but most of my time has been in 2nd grade, and it is my favorite! I took several years off to be at home with my two boys. Ethan is 20 and is a junior at Belmont Abbey College. He runs cross country and is a huge Kentucky Wildcats fan! Carter is 18 and will be a freshman at UNCW. He loves to work out and go out on the lake. I was born and raised in Wheeling, WV and graduated from Bethany College. My husband, Donnie, and I celebrated 24 years of marriage in June. He works for FedEx Ground, so we've moved around quite a bit for his job. We have lived here in Denver for six years after moving from Memphis, TN. I have also lived in Cary, NC, Louisville, KY, Ashland, KY, Dayton, OH, and Columbus, OH. I'm so excited to get to know you and your children, and I'm very thankful that I have been given the opportunity to teach at the best school in Lincoln County!!
