Speed, Agility and Strength Workouts
Beginning September 12th
In order to participate in strength, speed, agility, and conditioning in the off-season the following must be completed prior to you participating. These forms can be completed on Family ID (found on the WLHS Athletics home page) The forms are also listed below with links.
- Must have a current physical
- Must have a current concussion form
- Must Complete the NCHSAA Initial Screening Questions for Students
