I have taught Physical Education for 16 years at Rock Springs Elementary. While working at RSES, I earned my National Board Certification and a doctoral degree in education. My goal is to motivate young people to be physically active through various forms of play. I introduce learner-first units  to build  self-esteem, knowledge, skill, and ability.
